LOCR Producer: It’s strange Bruiser got so into a platformer, but Ren and Stimpy are actually okay in Stimpy’s Invention, but far from perfect.

Like Bruiser points out, there are heaps of button combo’s and moves which really act to separate this platformer from similar ones and I’m really pleased you’ve got the option of Ren, Stimpy or both (for two-player mode).

This game is however, incredibly short; so don’t sit down and expect an afternoon of entertainment and apart from the move list, nothing else stands out. Stimpy’s Invention is really missing the humour that made the cartoon so attractive, so in saying that, don’t expect to finish it and want to play it again immediately, it’s a solid platformer, but as far as most people are concerned, it’s short, not funny and not worth the bang for buck. Great for a single playthrough and some rare two-player platform action.
